Course Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy
Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel more than 7 days before the course start date you are entitled to a full refund.
If you cancel 3–7 days before the course start date, you are entitled to a 50% refund.
If you cancel less than 3 days before the course start date, no refund will be given, unless your place can be filled from a waiting list. You can also transfers to any other course I offer, subject to availability.
Transfers
Transfers can be made to any other course offered by the organiser, subject to availability.
If the cancelled course is no longer running, transfer options will be to alternative courses only.
Transfer arrangements will be agreed with the organiser at a mutually convenient time.
Booking and Agreement
By completing a booking, you agree to this policy in full.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they read and understand this policy.
Payment
Payment secures your place on the course. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received in full.
Waiting List & Replacement
If a cancelled place can be filled by someone on a waiting list, refunds or transfers may be offered at the organiser’s discretion.
Organiser Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the organiser needs to cancel a course, a full refund will be issued for any payments already made.
The organiser is not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants (such as travel, accommodation, or materials).
